Technology that disappears into 200 years of history

Built in 1826 and spread across multiple storeys, this Georgian townhouse in the heart of Mayfair demanded an approach to technology that most projects never require: not merely discreet, but genuinely invisible. Working alongside RV DM Studio, Geraldine Dohogne and Beam Developments, Equippd became part of the design process from the earliest stages. Together, we helped shape a home where technology is woven into the fabric of the building, quietly present, effortlessly intuitive and entirely in keeping with its heritage.
