Take a look at our latest project in Wandsworth, a stunning lower ground/basement renovation, creating a large open-plan luxurious living space. Our main goal was to provide exceptional audio and strong, reliable Wi-Fi, and we were able to achieve just that by installing powerful Origin Acoustics in-ceiling speakers and Ruckus 6 Wi-Fi throughout the home.
In this particular renovation, the limited switch styles available for the Lutron RA2 wireless system didn’t meet our client’s requirements. However, we didn’t give up. We went back to the drawing board and created the Architectural Light Switch, which combines the much-loved RA2 system with gorgeous faceplates from Corston. This bespoke solution allowed our clients to take complete control of their lighting, including a smart-controlled aquarium, without compromising on the aesthetic of the space.
Another unique challenge of this renovation was the rack location, which had to be housed right behind our clients’ desk. We tackled this by acoustically sealing the door to the rack cupboard and ensuring sufficient ventilation to prevent any equipment from overheating. This way, our clients can enjoy uninterrupted work calls without any background noise.
